big bed!

Niamh is in a big girl bed (cot bed turned to bed) now because she was managing to get out the cot! now she is crying again and wont get in bed she was fine with the cot do you think she is scared of it as it is a big change? how can i make her like it? xx

You could go out with her and let her pick her own bed covers and mae little celebration out of it

sounds like a great idea, i always made sure that nothing else changed for a while so same teddies, same covers etc. Just keep reassuring her and i'm sure she'll be fine when she realises what a big girl she is sleeping in a big bed all by herself.Also let her tell everyone how grown up she is and all about her bed.
