* You feel as though you haven't got enough
* Baby getting upset at the breast (though can be a sign of other common problems)
* Baby is breastfeeding often or almost nonstop (feel like baby is always wanting to feed)

Thinking of trying something natural Empty Thinking of trying something natural

I've read some post's, cant remember if it was on here or somewhere else, by mums who've used homeopathy on thier toddlers and I'm considering it for Rhianna's continual sleep problems. The way she wakes up at night and just wont go back to sleep, but doesn't want to play or get up, I think there may be some underlying problem.
So I'm wondering if anyone has tried it, or any other natural or alternative medicine. And does anyone know how much it might be?

Try camomile tea.

Or get "sleepy time tea" It's a mix of chamomile, peppermint and spearmint.
Tastes better aswell, and really relaxes them.

Or you can get Organic Nighty, Night

Also adding lavender and camomile to her bath before bed wil help relax her too.

Also how long has she been like this for? is there something in her diet that might be causing this?

I've looked at her diet, but haven't noticed a trend. I've got some sleepy time tea, I love it, but hadn't thought of giving it to her, I'll try the night Bach remedy as well. She's never been a good sleeper, and has woken for long periods since she was smaller, but the last 3 or 4 months its been every few nights. I was just chatting to a friend of mine and she said if its not a real problem why try to solve it, Rhianna does catch up on the missed sleep, but I just feel she shouldn't be awake that much during the night.
I'll try your suggestions and consider seeing a homeopath, I'd have to save my penies anyway.
Thanks

Hun there are many very good homeopaths that will give advice for free online, I did a search in my area, asked a few questions and then she came up with some solutions, half of the stuff she suggested was nothing she was trying to sell.
