Breastfeeding tip : Recognising a growth spurt

* You feel as though you haven't got enough
* Baby getting upset at the breast (though can be a sign of other common problems)
* Baby is breastfeeding often or almost nonstop (feel like baby is always wanting to feed)
* A baby who was previously sleeping through the night is now waking to breast feed several times
* Baby will latch and unlatch, fussing in between

Lana keeps crying Empty Lana keeps crying

Post by clairelana Fri Jan 02, 2009 10:57 am

All she seems to do lately is cry.
No matter what i say to her.
She cries if i change her bum, she cries when i say she has to get dressed, she cries when she has to go to bed, she cries when i say were going out. Just all the time really.

Any sugestions?

Very emotional which she proberly get from me but not all the time. Is it she's becoming more independent and she wants to choose what she does? Or just the terrible 2's......lol

Yep Oli is doinf the same, its a huge fuss to do anything and to be honest its anything that she doesn't want to do! Razz

Normal hun, just don't make a fuss when she does ( I know hard when you've heard it all day) distraction is the best thing

this time of year is often difficult for them too - out of normal routine, different sleep patterns, different visits/visitors, the cold weather makes it difficult to just go out and play and theres lots of bugs around so little ones tend to get run down too. also it usually is like a come down from xmas when its all exciting and sparkley! well this is how i see it from my kids point of view cos theyre all a bit like that at the minute!!
