Slings???
Hi ladies
I bought the celeb ring sling, but Daisy doesn't seem to like it at all. I'm thinking of selling it and buying a different one, but do you think she won't like slings at all if she doesn't like this one?
Thanks

Re: Slings???
Katie (Badcop) is the main one that makes ring slings, she made me lovely one when i had Corey.
I decided to make one so that i had a spare - and im now experimenting lol!
I know Natasha (Breastbuddies) has also made some in the past.
I basically use buggy and sling, especially if we are out or a full day - if he gets tetchy in one, he can go in the other. Its also great if Ty is tired - Ty goues in buggy and Corey in sling.
He does get grumpy in it sometimes - i build up the amount of time he spends in it - he loves it now!
I love the versatility of the ring sling - i can wear him upright on my chest, slightly cradled or fully cradled to feed him (if you have a look at my bank holiday pics in photos, you'll see me walking round whilst feeding).
I have a Wow Oui baby carrier too (pappoose style) which he likes, but i prefer the versatility of the sling.
I think it is trial and error with baby wearing - you and baby need to be comfy - and carriers always resell well on Ebay if you get one your not struck on

Oooh just thought - Rhismummy (mary) has always used baby carrier - never used a buggy - so she will be good for tips too!

Re: Slings???
if you put your LO in the ring sling chest to chest she might be more receptive... Lil miss hated being in the ring sling cradle position, but loves chest to chest... As she got old, Kangaroo was better, now its hip carry...
