Hello peeps 
Feel like I am intrducing at an AA meeting (not that I am one mind
)
My name is Sherry and I have come here to get some advice and support to re-introduce Sebastian to BF again. He is now 8 weeks old and I stopped feeding him at 3 weeks. I regret it now and am trying to build up my supply again.

Hi
I have started drinking loads more water and eating more healthy stuff again, started getting into crap foods since Josh been on his jollies.. Have been pumping today and nipple stimulation (not just playing with them :pml: ). Any other ideas would be great.

Keep pumping and putting him on.
Once tomorrow evening comes you will have more there.
You will need to keep doing that until you have established a good supply .
