Breastfeeding tip : Recognising a growth spurt

* You feel as though you haven't got enough
* Baby getting upset at the breast (though can be a sign of other common problems)
* Baby is breastfeeding often or almost nonstop (feel like baby is always wanting to feed)
* A baby who was previously sleeping through the night is now waking to breast feed several times
* Baby will latch and unlatch, fussing in between

I love my cloth so much still so I know we will be using them but do some of you often go to the disposable?

We use the nature babycare ones at night and cloth during the day. I still feel like we are doing our bit, and for us the reason to use cloth was equally split between environment and saving money, and we are happy that our mix and match way of doing it works on both fronts.

You shouldn't need to feel better, you shouldn't feel bad in the first place! Even if you were using the eco-disposables all the time that's still way better than using Pampers or anything like that. (Which I will now admit that we have a stash of at MILs for the days when she has the little man, as Nature Babycare are hard to get hold of round here and I don't want her to start having to wash poopy nappies!)
