baba sling??

we bought a baba sling a while ago but having a few problems trying to get large 2mnt old in comfortably any suggestions??

If you look on You Tube...they give loads of videos on how to use the slings...they are far more helpful than the pictures as it shows you exactly how it's done.

thanks tryed the you tube vid was really helpfull managed 2 put her in the koala cuddle position she seems to prefer being upright . lol of course as soon as we got her in 2 year old got a bit jelous so had to put him on my back in it lol

2 be honest i feel more comfortable with 2 yr old in it .. still seems a bit aquard with tiny one in i do hav a tomy front carrier with buckels that she likes but its really bulky

Yeah I would try and go for a Mei tai, they are much better than the tomy and the baba.
Why not join natural mama forum or cloth nappy tree as there are always bargains on there in the for sale or trade.
