Breastfeeding tip : Recognising a growth spurt

* You feel as though you haven't got enough
* Baby getting upset at the breast (though can be a sign of other common problems)
* Baby is breastfeeding often or almost nonstop (feel like baby is always wanting to feed)
* A baby who was previously sleeping through the night is now waking to breast feed several times
* Baby will latch and unlatch, fussing in between

Has anyone tried one of those snot extracting thingy-me-bobs for babies?
Corey is full of snot and snuffles, especially at night, and thought he might be comfier if i could clear his nose a bit.
I had a look at a Nuk one in Boots, but came over all :sicky: when I thought of having to clear all of the snot and bogies out of the tube Embarassed

Any thoughts???

No i have not used one - i have heard they are really good though! (although hadn't thought about cleaning it - i suppose you just suck water into it and squirt it out!?)

I managed to clear Emily's nose with a damp bit of cotton wool and a swiping motion - it worked really well.
