Breastfeeding tip : Recognising a growth spurt

* You feel as though you haven't got enough
* Baby getting upset at the breast (though can be a sign of other common problems)
* Baby is breastfeeding often or almost nonstop (feel like baby is always wanting to feed)
* A baby who was previously sleeping through the night is now waking to breast feed several times
* Baby will latch and unlatch, fussing in between

Im really limiting the tv that i let the boys watch now. Programmes that i always classed as fun but educational (Dora, Diego etc) that i let the boys watch are having negative effects on their speech. Jamie has started with an American accent on certain words, and as he was singing along with Dora to 'Mary had a little lamb' he started singing 'liddle' lamb which is how Dora says it, instead of little lamb, which is how he normally speaks.
People have always commented on how well spoken my boys are - so now we have restricted tv and lots of singing and word games instead!
The only programme i know of that focuses on pronunciation and says all words and sounds correctly is Razzledazzle - that is brilliant!

Hun I cant stand cbeebies, I think its a load of crap Laughing

Oli watchs That baby channel the one that has a flower as its logo ( not babytv )

They have mums and dads dancing and singing nursery ryhmes (properly ) some very engaging programs and Oli loves it.

To be honest its more background, we are either playing or reading with her ( loves her books! )

But its a life saver when you need to do something.
