i always thought its Smell My A.........................ss
and tbh I think this is most pushed by HV baby milk, as I remember: John was ff fed from 8 weeks and all I've heared was SMA, SMA, SMA. We've never used it thou, just because I don't like doing what I'm told, lol. But I always wondered, why HV are soooo keen on it? hmm.
