Breastfeeding tip : Recognising a growth spurt

* You feel as though you haven't got enough
* Baby getting upset at the breast (though can be a sign of other common problems)
* Baby is breastfeeding often or almost nonstop (feel like baby is always wanting to feed)
* A baby who was previously sleeping through the night is now waking to breast feed several times
* Baby will latch and unlatch, fussing in between

Brestfeeding friendly- make difference yourself Empty Brestfeeding friendly- make difference yourself

Ok, first of all: I'm not asking anybody to vandalise shop/café or any other places. Do not stick anything on walls or doors by yourself, please. Lets be kind and gentle in our mission and show them we're better Wink

We've went to Oxford yesterday and neither of places we've vsisted had bf friendly symbol on changing room door. And we've visited few, forst because we needed- later because I wanted to "see" by myself.
I remember Kay posting about tesco and many of you,I'm sure had similiar experience.
So, why not make difference ourselfs?
There is a International Breastfeeding Symbol, its widely recognised and respected:
Brestfeeding friendly- make difference yourself Bficon-med
You can find International Breastfeeding Symbol download on http://www.breastfeedingsymbol.org/download/.

Why not upload, print it out and take with you next time when you vist "non bf friendly place" and see customer services?
Hand in sign and ask to place it on a door.
Or if you will not be visiting place yourself in nearest future, print out and post to them with short explanation why.

What are you, clever milk godesses, thinking about my idea?

It just occured to me we could give them out in cafés and restaurants - to mark them as bf in public friendly. scratch
