the worst is my sister you all know about her!!! my other sis (the hot one on fb) has now started too tho and her boy friend!!! lol i just laugh it off now i said to leanne once if you and andy look at me like that again am gonna cup my boobies in his face she said ok we wont hahahaha i dont feed in public now as she never wants to these days she is more a night feeder.
she sha gone to my mums for the weekend now tho, so i can get my act together and get my bloody uni work done!!!! i dont know how my boobies will be lol

I already get people asking me if I'm "still breastfeeding." I get so tempted to say "yes, I am still feeding my child, F*CK OFF!"

yeah i had it from 1yr "i think its time to stop now" or even "no way as if she is joking" lol div's or the best "its not good for thm from one you know it will be doing her no good!

i went to a childs party last week and some bint over heard me telling my very good friend the bint said its not normal to feed now ewwwwww i bet she will be at school at the table saying i have boobies when i get home!!!! i said well its not really out to do with you ducky but am sure she wont be and anyway thats amazing a mother could do that!! xxx

for some reason once they hit 6 months nor says well done anymore,more why are you still doing it like it all of a sudden became a bad thing? Ive found now Emily is 1,i get treated like a wierdo,the 'oh my god are you STILL bf her'.

You just learn to ignore it, answer directly with a'yes I am thank you' or the whats it t do with you f off.

If i reach year 2 im sure people will cross the street & ring a bell yelling beware the freak !!!

No one has ever said anything to me but i can see people looking when i feed her and they usually ask later how old she is......lol
My hubby is asking me when am i going to stop too but he's been doing that for ages....lol I just don't listen. Or i agree and then just do what i want anyway....hee hee.

I will probably stop BF during the day at 1, but I would love to continue at night for a long time. I don't know if Caitlyn will co-operate in this but I hope she does. I knoe she uses me for comfort. If I'm only doing it at night I guess no one needs to know. It's a shame though. I am really proud of BF and would love to be able to shout it from the rooftops with pride!

Its funny, because in the 1st breath people say how beautiful/big/healthy he is, - 'what you feeding him on?'
'he's breastfed'
and then it all goes down hill lol! we get still? or eugh! or he's too big now.
I reply ' maybe this is reason he is so beutiful/big/healthy?'

I'm coming to this thread a bit late, but I've not really come accross many comments. My mummy friends have given up thinking I'm odd, I'm odd in too many ways and my family and inlaws dont mention it at all. One s-i-l said she'd watched a woman on thismorning who was still feeding at 3 I think and she said she felt sorry for the little boy, but I dont think she realised I was still bfing Rhi, so she really back peddled when I told her. It was quite funny.
Just as an example of my oddness, I quite enjoy feeding Rhi in public, (I trip her up so she cries and needs some comfort, no I dont really) except when she suddenly lets go and I flash everyone. I'm looking forward to feeding her when I've got a really big bump, and seeing what peploe say about that.
