Breastfeeding tip : Recognising a growth spurt

* You feel as though you haven't got enough
* Baby getting upset at the breast (though can be a sign of other common problems)
* Baby is breastfeeding often or almost nonstop (feel like baby is always wanting to feed)
* A baby who was previously sleeping through the night is now waking to breast feed several times
* Baby will latch and unlatch, fussing in between

I'm not sure how she got it but I noticed her chewing something. I got her to open her mouth and saw what it was, but the next second it was gone.
I know sveral plants can have a nasty reaction, but privet is all over the place so would have thought it's not too bad. Is she likely to get a bad tummy?

Im not 100% sure - just had a look on google, and all i could find is that berries or seed off a privet hedge may be dangerous to children...........

I looked on Ask.co.uk and got the same thing - berries and seeds. If the leaves were I am sure it would say.

Well she seems to be fine. My thinking was if it was if there was something bad, her tummy would expell it and she'd be sick. But she's siging away and climbing all over the place so as its been several hours I think she''l be ok.
Thanks for checking for me, it did put my mind at rest that no big warnings had come up in a search

:aww: Awww Olivia is for ever trying to put things in her mouth.

I am glad it wasn't nothing that could give her a bad belly, I had a search and couldn't find anything about the leaves.
