Re: heeelp! nits!!
I’ve read its not recommended and that you should talk to your doctor or pharmacist first, but I think for now it would be best to put lots of conditioner on your hair and comb it through before they start laying lots of eggs x
Re: heeelp! nits!!
We use a tea tree solution which is a spray on leave in thingy.
Its completely natural, but again would check with pharmacist first.
I heard about using lots of conditioner too - and leave it on for a while. They cant cling on apparantly!
Good luck!
(oooh, I got itchy head now hehe

The tea tree oils is very effective.
However combing through is vital to dislodge any eggs so i don't know how u will get round that one.
Also tips for any other mums - vigorously brush your childs hair each nite when they get home from school because if ur child has got nits during the day at school u can break their legs and this helps to prevent them spreading (this was advise given by school nurse on bug busting day we had during our healthy schools week)

Re: heeelp! nits!!
I use tea tree lotion (1-2 drops) mixed with baby shampoo this kills the little buggers. I also put 1 drop of tea tree oil on the collars of the kids clothes to keep nits away.

Re: heeelp! nits!!
My kids were constantly getting nits so my friend suggested the tea tree oil on collars. My girls may stink a bit but they are nit free.
