Did you try Bach Rescue Remedy?works miracles for me...
Camomile tea and lavender helps with stress too.

But best is to talk to someone. If you don't want to talk to us, please talk to someone you feel like to. Problem shared is always half smaller. :aww:

i would love to off load some of the stress, but i dont think i can just yet, when i know more on whats going on i will do.. more to explain then.. if you get me, no point in telling half a story,

Anyways af arrived this morning, so maybe thats why i felt ill last night! and bloody cramps god, i forgot what they were like!
