I used it when had sore nipples after Maya was born: personally I disslike smel, but its working great. Good for cradle cap and nappy rash too. Only if used on nipples: watch for any "leftovers" before feeding, and apply after.

Re: anyone used kamillosan?
I didn't like it because of having to take it off, which is why I used lansinoh.
It works quite quickly, and you can leave it on during feeds, and the smell isn't offensive either.

Re: anyone used kamillosan?
No you can get it in the pharmacy I think, I got mine from Mothercare, though its pricey, cost me nearly £10.
But was the best £10 I have ever spent!
Have a look on ebay, you may get it cheaper on there.

Re: anyone used kamillosan?
I loved Kamillosan as i had very badly cracked nipples with baby number 1 - it was a pain to have to wash it off (and yes it does say you must wipe it off b4 feeding.
I always used to put a lot on after feeding and on breast pad and then wipe off b4.
With number 2 i used lansinoh as they were dry but not cracked and bleeding. It lasts forever so is not that expensive really. I was told i could not get it on prescription.
Also do give your nipples some aiing time with no creams etc and once they have healed rub a little breast milk into them to prevent drying. But a little wash (no soap though) and airing is what helped me the most this time.
