Im really poorly

I have had really bad tonsilitis and fever for 2 days now - and i am really suffering 
I have been taking paracetamol 4 hourly, and drinking a home-made ginger and honey concoction.
Can it be passed through BM to Corey? I am avoiding getting too close other than for feeding, and he's not getting his mummy kisses :tear:
I have also noticed that this morning both my breasts are soft - they are normally firm in a morning as he is a good sleeper and doesnt nurse too much through night. Usually wake up very leaky, but not today. He has fed and was guzzling and then had wind up, so milk is obviously still there - im just a little confused.
He has been on and off loads last couple of days - but they have a growth spurt at about 4 weeks dont they?
Im crawling back to my pit now - my fingers aren't working anymore!

oh you poor thing, just keep feeding even if youre not eating so much its best to keep your milk going. when willow was a couple o months i got a hideous bug but fed her right through, it felt like i had no milk but she fed ok and when i was better i just carried on as normal, willow didnt get my bug either! i hope youre better soon. im sure someone else will have good advice to help you, just wanted to reassure you x :aww: :aww:

Aww hun! Don't worry about Corey and germs- he is geting extra dose of antibodies from you now anyway thru milk so he is in a best position. Just make sure to wash your hands often and boys and Dave to do so aswell.
Also paracetamol is fine. Here is few more ideas of fighting cold when breastfeeding: http://www.kellymom.com/health/meds/cold-remedy.html make sure to check any herbal remedies safe when bf- pple think herbs are safer than "normal" meds, but they enter breastmilk too and can do a lot of harm if are wrong kind.
as for soft breasts:
It is normal for breast to feel softer after few weeks of breastfeeding, especially if he is sleeping well at night- this means your supply is slowly adjusting to his needs.

Im feeling much better this afternoon - was at my worst yesterday and through the night, but seem to have got better as day has gone on.
