Breastfeeding tip : Recognising a growth spurt

* You feel as though you haven't got enough
* Baby getting upset at the breast (though can be a sign of other common problems)
* Baby is breastfeeding often or almost nonstop (feel like baby is always wanting to feed)
* A baby who was previously sleeping through the night is now waking to breast feed several times

As most of you know Andrew has been having problems with his ears recently.

Last week he went to see ENT specialist and was prescribed antibiotic ear drops.

Well his ears are still weeping !!! The drops seemed to be working and for the 1st 2-3 days his ears dried up but now the course of drops is finished they are as bad as they were before the medication started.

I am not happy to keep giving him antibiotics as they are so obviously not working, I was considering taking him to a homeopath but was told by my Dr she would not reccomend this until Andrew is 12 months old.

I am back at ENT today to see what the next step is.

Hun I have read about women taking young ones to chiropractors, apprently its to do with the ears not draining properly and a chiropractor does something and it helps it drain.

Search on the net hun about ear infections and alternative therapies for babies, there is a heap of stuff! so much to try without always having to rely on the doc x
