My head and my neck are really hurting.
Paracetamol are not shifting it. Can i take anything else?

did you try ibuprofen? It only what is working for me.

Hun I hope it gets better, but please check your posture.

I used to get this alot when I got lazy with feeding with Olivia and got too comfortable and really sufferd because of it x

you can try para then an hr later take ibro...... then do 4 hrs gap for the para and 6hrs gap ibro they work better if you take them both you get me? lol xxx

Are you drinking enough water? I started getting bad headaches and as soon as i started drinking more water they went :aww:
