Getting Enough ?? Ha Ha

When Mollie was 8 Days old i took her to baby clinic to be weighed. I jyst wanted to reassure myself that Mollie was getting enough cos there is a 4.1/2 year Gap between her and the one before her. Anyway she had put on 4oz much to the surprise of the HV as she told me to expect up to\a 10% weight loss cos i'm BF. Had her weighed again at 16 days when HV came out to do 1st visit and she'd put 11.1/2oz on in just 8 days, So just short of a full pound in 2 weeks. Taking her baby clinic tommorrow She is 3weeks old today so will see what she weighs tommorrow.

Quick update had here weighed at clinic today she put on another 6.1/2 oz so shes obviously still getting plenty.

Just a quick update took Mollie to clinic today, knew she'd gained quite well cos she feels heavier. But never guessed she'd have put another 11oz thats 2lb 1oz in 4 weeks. She's now 10lb 13oz can't believe how well she doing really pleased i carried on breast feeding cos i've normally given up at about 2-2.1/2 weeks, but so glad we still at it.

Just thought i'd update you all, Had Mollie weighed on yesterday when i went for my post natal check up.
Well she know weighs a staggering 12lb 2oz (8lb 12oz born) doctor well pleased i was bf. Asked me when i thought i would stop, i said no intention of stopping yet, cos found a great site were i get lots of support and advice (you lovely ladies of course). He was well chuffed.
I was quite pleased too when they weighed me and i'm only 2lb heavier than i was before i got preggies. Thats probably my boobs i think.
