Again, I'm not suprised at all...
Nearly four out of ten maternity hospitals in England (38 per cent) have made no efforts to put in place best practice around breastfeeding, despite this being a key recommendation in the NICE (National Institute for Clinical Excellence) Postnatal Care Guidelines published one year ago.

No neither am I.
The WHO makes a big issue about breastfeeding, yet they and the government don't put in the necessary effort to keep the desperately needed, high level of help for mothers
I know! lets to do a protest outside parliment and all breastfeed!
