Breastfeeding tip : Recognising a growth spurt

* You feel as though you haven't got enough
* Baby getting upset at the breast (though can be a sign of other common problems)
* Baby is breastfeeding often or almost nonstop (feel like baby is always wanting to feed)
* A baby who was previously sleeping through the night is now waking to breast feed several times
* Baby will latch and unlatch, fussing in between

Hi, I'm pleased to say Rhianna has been sleeping much better for the last month, which is supposed to be a huge step towards returning fertility. This morning when I went for my morning pee, I noticed a red smear. I had to go to work fairly soon, so got out an st with a smile, but all day apart from a couple more smears, nothing. We did some baby making practice a couple of nights ago, do you think this is just a strange 1st af, or possible what I've heard others mention, implantation spotting? Either way its a step in the right direction, I'm just impatient.

sounds like what I've had before af come back for well. did u have "normal" periods already?
but then it could be implantation bleeding, I've had loads of it with J, but I had cramping too.

I've had terrible cramping all morning. I'd been on the pill for about 15 years and we got pregnant second month after coming off them, when we were still 'being careful', so not sure what my normal periods were.

Well, weds morn I had similar to tues, just a bit which seemed to stop in the aft/evening, and today nothing. So I've got no idea. I think I might do a pregnancy test in a week or so just to be sure, but I dont feel pregnant. I'm thinking its just a weird period, so hopefuly around xmas we'll be doing lots of baby making :wm: , and that will be my ripe time!
I just hate not knowing whats going on with my body

Helen, sorry, did you mean nothing for the next 3 to 4 months? Am I going to have to wait that long? :iconsad: I did a pg test but bfn. I've got an ovulation test that I do every morning, its a saliver one and I thought I'd be ovulating about now, 2 weeks after 1st day, but nothing yet.
I hate waiting and I hate not knowing whats going on. But I'm just going to have to wait.
