Shakes after BF?
A few times now, very soon after Keira unlatches from a feed, I suddenly feel very cold and shakey. On 2 instances these shakes have been very very violent. They stop when I crawl under a duvet and lie down and warm back up but still leave me feeling a bit unwell.
Has anybody else experienced this? I don't remember it happening last time, except when it was cold in the room - but the room temp when it happened this evening was 24 degrees. I was only wearing a vest top but that was because I was feeling warm when I lay down to feed her.
Thanks

Re: Shakes after BF?
Hun I have answerd your post on the other forum but will repeat it.
Nikki are you eating when hungry and drinking plenty?
When your blood sugar level is low this can cause the shakes, also the sickness can be related to the release of oxytocin when getting a let down.
Make sure your getting plenty of protien
Although if you have lumps or pain in the breasts it could be the start of mastitis, but you tend to feel constantly unwell not just after a feed, im more inclined to say blood sugers but you need to speak to your middy hun
Make sure your eating enough
