Hi ladies
Me and hubby have been shopping today and we've bought organic molasses, not the tablets but the liquid form.
I'm just trying to find out if we've bought the wrong thing as we bought organic molasses and not blackstrap molasses?

if it says in list of ingredients: black strap molases ,its fine. Organic makes it just purer. We use liquid form too.

1.89 for a huuuuge bottle in Holland and Barratt. 6.00 for the tablets.

i've bought tablet form, cos asked mum to get me some the other day and she came back with something that looked like black treacle sorry but no chance of that going in my mouth smelt strange too. So got tabs now instead

I know what you mean!! Hubby has been trying it with all sorts but everything seems to make him feel sick so I think I'll get the tablets!!

EARTH CLINIC'S ICED MOLASSES RECIPE:
1 TBLS Blackstrap Molasses
Hot Water
3/4 cup Milk or Soymilk
Ice
Add molasses to a glass and add just enough hot water to cover the molasses. Stir until dissolved. Add ice and then top off with either Milk or Soymilk. Avoiding milk?'Try vanilla or chocolate soymilk. Even yummier is to blend the whole concoction.
