She managed to smear most of it over her face during lunch

She loves seedy brown bread, I hate the stuff :iconpuke: but its so much better for you.


Olivias day:

Breakfast
Fruit and fibre ( :iconpuke: yuk) with goats milk
Banana

( I then get the word MORE after )

Lunch
Seedy sandwich with cheese and cowslaw and dip dip or something like that

Snack after lunch nap
Orange (clementine), and if shes lucky sometimes she has 3 chocolate buttons ( meanie arnt I :haha: )

Dinner
Could be anything from pasta with veg, salmon, lamb, mash basicly anything we have.

Desert
Two small oranges (clementines)/ or pear/ or peaches mixed with yogurt

my girls grew up with goats milk, because ozzy had so many allergies i got goats milk for him so when the girls were old enough they loved it too, id forgotten how nice it is i think i wil start getting some again thanks tash for the memory jog!!

Ang the reason I got Goats milk was because its much healthier than cows, and she isn't as snotty when she has a cold, cows makes colds worse.

Its good for lots of things.

no! not at all Tasha :aww: , I wish Maya would eat like Oli! because she - Oli- is feeding herself, she must be having "just right" What I meant is Maya has such a restricted diet, we offer differen foods, but she always ends up dipping it in dip dip- bit like oli... and feeding to dogs or dumping it all in her drink :haha:

Oli used to just chuck it all, still does once shes finished.

Yeah I suppose it must be right if she feeds herself and then chucks or leaves the rest when shes had enough.

Maya will will do it when shes ready too, I suppose thats the beauty of BLW!

That is a really good diet - a good mix and little and often.

Very similar to Emily apart from she is refusing any fruit but bananas or puree as she is cutting back teeth and it hurts!
