Went to our first baby massage class today - i really enjoyed it and its well worth doing! We concentrated on legs today and each session will recap on what we've already learned as well as new areas.

There was only 1 other mum and dad and baby there. The baby was 12 week old and feel asleep it was so relaxing! Wish i'd have gone to one when bethany was younger beause she was kicking her legs everywhere and it seemed to make her hyper! Laughing
