dieting..........
My weight is creeping back on................my diet books are out
Im following the Rosemary Conley principle, which is low fat and low calorie - its how i lost my weight pre-pregnancy, and i find i can adapt the meals to the whole family
Its day 3 today - so far so good. I havent weighed myself this time - i get too hung up on it - so i am going on the fit of my clothes (Im struggling to do jeans up atm!).
Im very much a dessert and snacky person, so that will be my downfall - although i have some great recipes for no fat cakes and low fat puds - its just learning to eat a small portion of it rather than whole cake
We have no-fat fruit cake in oven as i type, so at least i can have a piece of that with my coffee instead of the 1/2 pack of biscuits ive been having.
Ill let you know how i get on - lots of slim vibes my way please! :haha:

Re: dieting..........
Kay i no what you mean. I really need to start losing some weight its really getting me down now.
I have been trying to eat healthy for a while now. I'm not really into calorie counting but i went on a free website that you put what you eat into it and it calculates your calories. http://www.foodfocus.co.uk/home.php I couldnt believe it even eating healthy i was eating double what i should be
So i'm really watching what i eat now! lol. Do you no if when baby is on solids i still should be eating 500 more calories than normal?
I am making a butternut squash soup for dinner today and am going on the Wii Fit every morning (well yesterday and today )

I need to lose weight as well. Last time I followed the Atkins diet and that worked really well the trouble is that is not a suitable diet for a 2 year old to and I am trying to get it so we are all eating the same food.

Re: dieting..........
I just went back to weight watchers last night, so there must be something in the air. I lost 1½ stone on it before and found it quite easy. I'm hoping this time I'll be even better as I dont drink anything like as much as I did and that was my down fall, not just the wine, but I'd have a drink and llose all my good intentions.
Here's to seeing less of each other in the future!
Btw, I came on here to ask, should I still be have a certain mount more calories due to still bfing Rhianna. Trouble is one day she'll have only a bit and the next she'll be munching on me all day. I was thinking of sticking to my points and then eating more fruit to top it up.
