i never thought of this one. . i thought breast feeding is going to cause pain..good to know it helps.

Are you currently breastfeeding? If so. you shouldnt be in pain! if you are not - it isnt painful providing you have the correct latch.
There are some great resources on this site to help, and you can also pop a post on breastfeeding problems if you are having difficulties/pain.
